A designer and researcher who combines future thinking with innovations in design processes. As the founder of Happy Futures Lab – a space for experimenting and prototyping happier futures – she supports companies, public institutions, educational centers, and innovation-driven organizations. In her work, she employs creative tools and strategic thinking, helping individuals and organizations tackle challenges and seize the opportunities offered by new technologies.
A researcher, futurist, and trend analyst. Founder of the foresight studio Busola Trends, where she supports cities and organizations in incorporating long-term thinking into innovation processes and creating future-proof strategies. A member of the Polish Society of Market and Opinion Researchers, with extensive experience in social and market research for industries such as FMCG, finance, and e-commerce. In her work, she integrates research expertise with foresight methodology to deliver results grounded in high-quality data.

A researcher and specialist in urban development and foresight. A graduate in spatial management with a specialization in territorial foresight from the University of Warsaw, a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at UW, a recipient of a French Government scholarship at Sorbonne University in Paris, a co-founder of the student organization Ad Futurum, and a member of the Busola Trends team. In his research, he prioritizes the practical application and dissemination of acquired knowledge.
