§1. General provisions
1.1. Busola Trends provides research and consulting services in the fields of foresight, trend analysis, scenario planning, co-creation of strategies, foresight implementation in enterprises, resilience strengthening, and designing future-proof solutions.
1.2. Services are delivered both online and on-site.
1.3. The key target groups of Busola Trends include organizations from the business, education, public administration, and NGO sectors.
1.4. Busola Trends ensures confidentiality for all client-provided information during service execution. Sensitive data is used exclusively for research purposes, in compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
§2. Details of the provision of services
2.1. The deadlines for the implementation of services are determined individually with the client. Each project takes into account the specifics of the Ordering Organization and the dynamics of cooperation.
2.2. The condition for starting the implementation of the service is the signing of the contract or order form.
2.3. Busola Trends does not use forms of payment security.
§3. Terms of cooperation
3.1. Each service is developed individually and provided to the customer in the form of an offer containing, among others, the rules, the scope of services provided and a guarantee of maintaining the price and conditions of the offer for a certain period of time.
3.2. Changes to the terms of the provision of services require the signing of an annex to the contract, unless the original contract provides for flexibility of the schedule.
3.3. The workshop includes a description of the participant's profile in order to adapt it to the appropriate target group.
3.4. Busola Trends provides services in accordance with best practices and knowledge, ensuring high quality methodologies and processes.
3.5. The customer is entitled to two iterations that take into account the corrections. This applies to studies such as reports, publications, trends or scenarios of the future. Iterations include non-obvious corrections that do not result from substantive, procedural, or linguistic errors. Non-obvious corrections are understood as changes related to preferences regarding layout, presentation of content or graphic elements, as well as to a new way of description, form of narration, inclusion or exclusion of process elements in the description. Unambiguous substantive, procedural or linguistic errors are corrected independently of these iterations.
3.6. Busola Trends applies information security procedures to protect documents and materials generated during the provision of services. These measures include controlled access to data, archiving rules and technical and organisational safeguards.
§4. Payments and settlements
4.1. Payments are made by transfer to the bank account number indicated in the contract or on the invoice.
4.2. The price of each service is determined individually in the offer prepared for the client.
4.3. NGOs and educational entities can apply for preferential rates and terms of service.
§5. Responsibility and Ethics
5.1 The mission of Busola Trends: “In a sea of uncertainty, we want to show a path that will lead to positive social change.”
5.2. Elements of the description of the future, such as trend analyses, megatrends and future scenarios, as well as other foresight analyses, are based on research and analytical methods. They do not constitute subjective opinions about reality, but result from reliable observations and conclusions. They should not be equated with the mission of the company or the personal views of its owners.
5.3. The solutions proposed by Busola Trends, in particular the preferred development scenarios, concepts and strategies, constitute a choice of direction within the possible options of the future. They must not contradict the brand's mission and are the result of multifaceted analyses that take into account social, economic and environmental considerations.
5.4. Busola Trends is not responsible for the use of its products in a manner inconsistent with the company's mission. If it is found that a Busola Trends product has been used in a way that does not comply with the objectives of sustainable development, the company has the right to request the removal of its logo and other identifying marks from the product.
§6. Complaints and quality guarantee
6.1. Complaints about the operation can be submitted to:

6.2. The complaint should include:
- Contact details of the applicant
- Description of the problem
- Expected way of solution
6.3. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt.
6.4. The customer has the right to update the data in the elaboration within 24 months of the delivery of the product, as long as the change does not require modification of more than 30% of the total document. This applies to changes resulting from significant external changes, such as the emergence of new factors of influence and a high degree of uncertainty.
§7. Principles of sustainable development
7.1. The services provided by Busola Trends should have a neutral or positive impact on the sustainability objectives.
7.2. The company undertakes to inform its partners about the principles of sustainable development, applicable within the framework of cooperation.
7.3. All materials, such as reports, manuals, trend reports, future scenarios or other foresight products, are copyrighted and are the property of Busola Trends, unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement.
§8. Changes to the Policy
8.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change the Service Provision Policy.
8.2. Users will be informed about changes to the Service Provision Policy through the Website.
8.3. Changes come into force on the date indicated by the Administrator, not less than 7 days from the date of announcement.
§9. Final provisions
9.1. In matters not regulated by this Policy, the provisions of Polish law apply.
9.2. Any disputes arising from the Busola Trends Policy will be resolved by the court with local jurisdiction for the Controller's registered office.
